Mc Timoney Chiropractor & Chirokinetic Therapy Practitioner Cambridge
Gareth comes from a Chiropractic family. His father was one of the pioneering Chiropractors who came to Britain in the early 1960’s. His brother is a Chiropractor practicing in Ipswich.
Gareth graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 1997 and has practiced in the Midlands since then. He was also involved in practical and clinical teaching for 12 years teaching students in their final year of clinical studies up to M level degree standard. Many other Holistic Therapies were taught to the students as part of their degrees and Gareth undertook training in these to enable the teaching of students.
Gareth particularly likes the holistic nature of McTimoney Chiropractic where the whole body is assessed, therefore not just dealing with the symptoms but getting to the root cause of “dis – ease”.
McTimoney is relatively gentle to receive and doesn’t usually result in the ‘cracking’ of joints often associated with Chiropractic.
Chirokinetic Therapy, C.K.T
Chirokinetic therapy was developed by David Stevens using muscle testing and cranial input to balance the physical, emotional and spiritual needs, allowing harmony to be restored. It works by correcting imbalances and redirecting energy to depleted areas. It can be used for many of todays ills and has been shown to be particularly good at dealing with allergies.
