Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic craniosacral therapy has developed from clinical experience within the field of osteopathy. The biodynamic approach is based on information about the body’s subtle energy system and physiology which shows that all cells, tissues and body structures (including bones) in a healthy body express rhythmic movements fundamental to life. When these movements become blocked or restricted – as a result of life’s pressures and buffetings – then pain and fatigue can be experienced. The aim of Craniosacral Therapy is to enable the body to release these areas of restriction in its own way and at its own pace.
