Cramps Treatment Cambridge

Cramp usually refers to “a spasmodic, painful, involuntary contraction of skeletal muscle” and there are many causes for this sort of ailment. This transient, involuntary episode of pain is usually sustained for a few minutes or even up to 10 minutes when whole muscles or muscle groups go into spasm.
