EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a method used by millions of people all over the world to deal with problems such as emotional traumas, addictions, (eg alcoholism or quitting smokingphobias and even some diseases and physical pain, as this often is linked to emotional stress.

EFT is a type of energy psychology therapy where you can release emotional tension through tapping acupuncture points on your face and upper body. The thought behind all forms of energy psychology therapy is that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.

Energy psychology was originally developed from kinesiology in the 90’s, but what differs EFT from other types of energy psychology techniques is that with EFT there is no need for muscle testing as there are a set number of acupuncture points that will be tapped, regardless of what the problem is. With EFT you can normally significantly reduce and sometimes completely eliminate an emotional problem during a single treatment session.

By showing you the method  and where the points are, you will after a treatment be able to use EFT as a “self-help” tool.
The client stays fully dressed throughout the treatment.
